Christmas 2005

We hadn't originally planned to go to Wisconsin for Christmas this year. However, when Eric called to say that he would be conducting the orchestra for a musical production of "A Christmas Carol" at the Overture Center in Madison, we decided to make a trip in mid-December to see the show. Then we found out that Matthew was in a choral group, The Cantare Chorale, and they would be performing their holiday concert in Milwaukee. Fortunately for us, the musical ran for three weekends, one of which was the same weekend as Matthew's concert.  So, Northwest Airlines was again the recipient of our money and we headed back to the Midwest. In addition to the musical and the concert, we enjoyed a couple of early snowfalls, got together with some Leukers to eat and drink, and got together with some Andersons to eat and drink. Even without much planning we ended up having a great early Christmas in Wisconsin. Happy New Year!
