Leuker Reunion at Crater Lake and Manzanita
For years Jan told us that she wanted to see Crater Lake. For years we told her to come
out and we would take her there. Finally, in September 2005, Jan and Joe came out to Portland for a trip to
Crater Lake. Not wanting to miss out on an opportunity for a family get-together, Mare, Jim, and Gil decided
to come up from San Francisco to join us there. We had the pleasure of staying in Crater Lake Lodge, which
was very luxurious. The food in their restaurant was excellent as well. A great time was had by all, as I
hope that you can see in the following photos.

Since Crater Lake was such a beauty overload, we needed a place to recover. Loafing on the
beach was a great way to relax. However, Manzanita is also a very beautiful place. A little wine, some walks on
the beach, and watching the sunset while eating pizza was a great way to finish up a vacation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
We need to do that again!
